To be clear about what this is

ArkilaHub does not collect money for you. There is no payment gateway and we never hold your funds. GCash, Maya, bank transfers and cash all go directly to you, exactly as they do now. ArkilaHub records them, attach the receipt to the right booking, and lets your staff mark it verified.

What is ArkilaHub?
Software for running a car rental business. It gives your business its own booking website that customers can book from, and gives you one place to manage the bookings, vehicles, drivers, customers and payments behind it.
Who is it for?
Philippine car rental businesses, mostly ones with between two and thirty vehicles. Self drive, with driver, vans, airport transfers and tour transport all work the same way. It is built for owners who run the business themselves, largely from a phone.
Do I need a website already?
No. You get one as part of your account, on an ArkilaHub address, from the first day. If you already have a website, you can keep it and link to your booking page from it.
Do I need a computer?
No. Everything works in a phone browser: the owner side, the driver side and your customers side. A bigger screen is easier for the initial setup and for reports, but nothing requires one.
Can my customers book from their phones?
Yes. That is how most of them will. They open your booking link, look at your vehicles and rates, pick their dates and send you a booking.
Do my customers need to make an account?
Not to look. They can browse your vehicles, check what is free on their dates and see your rates as a guest. An account is created at the point they confirm a booking, because that is when the booking needs an owner and their documents need somewhere to live.
Can I handle both self drive and with driver?
Yes. Each booking is one or the other, and a with-driver booking is where the driver assignment and the trip screens come in. Vans, airport transfers and tour work are all handled as one of these two types.
Can I accept GCash, Maya and bank transfers?
You can record all of them, along with cash. Your customer pays you the way they already do and uploads their receipt, and your staff mark it verified against the booking.
Does ArkilaHub collect the money for me?
No, and this is worth being clear about. There is no payment gateway. The money goes straight to your own GCash, Maya, bank account or hand, exactly as it does now. What ArkilaHub does is keep the record of it attached to the right booking, so you are not scrolling a chat thread looking for a screenshot.
Can I track security deposits?
Yes, and they are kept separate from your rental income rather than mixed into it. A deposit is tracked from held through to refunded, including a partial refund when you keep some of it.
Can I upload my own logo and use my own colours?
Yes. Your logo and your brand colour carry through your booking website, so it looks like your business rather than ours.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, you can point your own domain at your booking site. You also get an ArkilaHub address from day one, so you can start sharing a link before you have bought a domain.
Can I share the booking link on Facebook and Messenger?
Yes. It is an ordinary web link, so it works anywhere you can paste one: your Facebook page, a Messenger reply, a TikTok or Instagram bio, a QR code on a card. There is no Facebook integration, and none is needed for this.
How many vehicles can I add during the trial?
As many as you have. The trial is not a cut-down version: there is no limit on vehicles, drivers, staff or bookings, and no feature is held back for a higher tier.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Nothing is asked for and nothing is stored.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. There is no card on file, so there is nothing to charge. If you do nothing when the trial ends, new bookings simply stop being accepted.
What happens to my data after the trial?
Nothing is deleted. Your existing bookings stay visible to you and to your customers, and you can still get into your admin area. You decide whether to continue, and you can do that after the trial has ended as well as before.
What does it cost after the trial?
One plan with everything in it, paid for three, six, twelve or twenty-four months at a time. The longer the term, the less it works out per month. The figures are shown to you inside the product before your trial ends, while you can still see what you would be buying. There is a discount for subscribing before the trial runs out.
Why is the price not on this page?
Because a price on its own tells you nothing until you know what it buys, and operators were reading a number, guessing at the value and leaving. Try it with your own vehicles first. The cost is one click away inside the product, and nobody is charged automatically.
Can you help me set it up?
Yes. Send us your business details, vehicle photos and rates and we will help get your account ready, then walk you through it. There is nothing extra to pay for that.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes, with different levels of access. Your booking desk does not need to see refunds, and your finance staff do not need to be able to edit the fleet.
Can drivers have their own access?
Yes. Drivers get their own screens showing the trips assigned to them and what to do at each stage, without seeing the rest of your business.
Can I create rental agreements?
Yes. The agreement is generated for a booking and can be signed on screen, with the signed copy kept against that booking.
Can I record vehicle inspections?
Yes, before the vehicle goes out and again when it comes back, with photos on both. They stay attached to the booking instead of sitting in a phone gallery.
Can I export my reports?
Vehicle performance can be exported as a CSV file that opens in Excel. The rest of the reporting, covering revenue, utilisation and payment methods, is on screen and filterable by date, but is not yet exportable.
Can I install it on my phone?
Yes. Your booking site, your admin area and the driver screens can each be added to a phone home screen and opened like an app. It is a web app, not something from an app store.
